After taxes (~30%) and TDS, the remaining commission is minimal. The rest helps run Ownerik sustainably. 50% is the maximum we can responsibly give back.
Is this service really free?

How do I trust you'll pay the cashback?
We provide invoices for full transparency.
When will I receive my cashback?
Once the builder releases our commission, we transfer 50% to your account. Usually within 2–3 weeks, but never later than 30 days of receiving payment.
What if the builder doesn't pay you commission?
In rare cases, if a builder defaults, we can't issue cashback (since we don't receive it). But this is highly unlikely, because we sign binding agreements with builders.
What if the builder is not tied up with you yet?
No worries — we'll try to establish a tie-up during your booking process so you don't miss the cashback benefit.
Can I switch to Riko Buddy if I'm already working with another channel partner?
We avoid poaching. Once your lead is registered with another partner, builders usually don't allow switching. If you're already engaged, it's better to continue with them.
Why not buy directly from the builder?
Going direct doesn't save you money — builders still keep the commission. With us, you get the same deal plus cashback in your pocket.
